Ok this is for the EXTREME SAVER, and the EXTREME DIETER.
I cooked at home this week for the first time in 2015, and by cooking, I mean real cooking with ingredients, flavor, and all that shit. Normally I just grill some chicken and blend egg whites into a protein drink. Anyway, it ended up costing me 3 hours, and $45 dollars for just one meal which only gave left overs for a second meal. The lesson learned is of course, gourmet cooking is not good for the saver who wants to be a millionaire. Cook basic shit, grilled chicken, eggs, rice, vegetables. If it's an option grow your vegetables, free food after you buy the seeds for life! It may be cheaper in the short run to eat boxed crap, but that will cost millions in the long run on your deteriorating health. So remember, basic healthy cooking!
